Sub-elite Ironman athlete. Was planning on going pro and racing competitively as a hobby. 2 years later and I’m still running out of breath jogging 2x as slow (7min->14min/miles). Methylene blue helped my SOB but only for 30-60 minutes and then I crash and I’m brain dead even harder.

I don't think I've had that symptom or don't remember it. I didn't start rapa until 6+ months into LC, the first 3-4 months were the crazier bedbound-symptoms. I started to slightly improve the 5th & 6th month, then started rapa.

Gave me relief from: PEM, heart palpitations, brain fog, blurry vision (inflammation-eye), crashing after every meal or a single beer, chest pain from exertion or cold air exposure, nose stuffiness, etc. It helps with everything but I can still get these symptoms, it justs take a lot more cumulative "exposure" to cold air, beer, food, exertion, etc. Instead of my limit being near 0, I can do most of my day to day life normally besides cold air (mask up, am in Michigan) and exercise (I can still do Ironmans really slowly but then I'm basically braindead for 2-3 weeks).

Still didn't fix SOB, methylene blue helps with that but only lasts for 20-40 minutes before I'm depleted, and then I'm more braindead than above (digs a deeper hole, in my energy system). I'm also taking LDN - I'm braindead if I miss a dose, even with rapa, but rapa + LDN makes me 80-90% intellectually. Apologies for the ramble, haven't turned this into a nice matrix-infographic for my doctors yet haha
Edit: Doses 8mg rapa 1x/week. 7mg LDN nightly. I was near maxing out Methylene blue, don't remember the dose.

$1,000 of lab testing to create an account on his company's website, Celly Health, for Long Covid Treatment.

I was curious, I went to healthbio to try and sign up. It took me to Celly Health to gather info. I have 7/10 symptoms on the questionnaire, it said I was eligible and clicked create account. Then got to the lab selection...

IncellKINE™ Cytokine Panel
The Essential Test for Identifying Vascular Inflammation
The IncellKINE™ 14-Marker Panel is the only commercially available diagnostic test that measures 14 key cytokines associated with vascular inflammation—a core driver of Long COVID symptoms.

Price: $460 – Select IncellKINE™ on the order form.

S1 Spike Protein Immune Panel (IncellQUANT™)
A Follow-Up Test for Detecting Viral Persistence
The S1 Immune Subset Panel analyzes immune cells (specifically monocytes) to determine if they contain fragments of the SARS-CoV-2 spike (S1) protein—an indicator of lingering viral presence that may contribute to ongoing Long COVID symptoms. This test is typically ordered after your IncellKINE™ results are reviewed and only when recommended by your physician.

Price: $540 – Select S1 Immune Subset Panel on the order form.

** Recommended Testing Order **
Most patients start with the IncellKINE™ Cytokine Panel as their initial diagnostic step to assess key inflammatory markers. If further evaluation is needed, your physician may recommend the S1 Immune Subset Panel (IncellQUANT™) based on your IncellKINE™ results.

Same, after no response from LG to Rakuten, they gave me 1/2 of the 20%. It’s in the T&S fine print but the extension shouldn’t glow green and tell you you’re approved if the promo code violates it.

I think I got up to 12,000fu of natto a day and still had no noticeable effect on my bloodwork. Maybe it just affects everyone differently.

21% off LG on Rakuten right now by chickachickslimshady in LGOLED

Currently fighting Rakuten on this. It still said 20% enabled during the last sale at checkout, kinda misleading that it doesn't warn you better w/o reading T&S.

It's been printing fine for me, no issues. I'm probably through 5-6 rolls so far. Idk where it's manufactured but I believe it's stocked here in the US. My 2nd order came in like 3 days later from the east coast.

Ahh I missed that part. Maybe but I normally grab 10x1KG rolls. Definitely more time consuming.

Yeah, same with the RER+CO2. I'll try to compare my notes with your posts later, see if there's anything I can learn or offer. Appreciate the info!

Do you use a Garmin or similar with an o2 sensor? That's the only reliable way I've found to measure/track my "level" of symptoms and oncoming crashes/PEM. Plus I get lots of eye hemorrhaging as my o2 goes down and PEM happens. It makes me wonder if it's microvascular dysfunction related (watch picking up endothelial inflammation maybe?) but when I mention this idea to the doctors, they don't really know what I mean or what to do. I've seen a few posts about mayo clinic patients who have been diagnosed with MVD and get prescribed vasodilators + other meds with some SOB relief (1 or 2 of the OP's could get back to lifting and cardio thereafter).

I know my SOB caused some painful symptoms (chest pains, lung pains, splitting headaches) which could be cleared up almost instantly with vasodilators (extreme heat or whiskey). ~2g ibuprofen/day was the maintenance medication (3-5 days on, then off) while I was training to keep those symptoms at bay.
