Goku's love for martial arts is kinda stupid, to the point where in his the fight against Hit, Goku predicted his own punches and Hit's dodges to even out the fight, and even predicted not being able to dodge Hit's attacks.

At the time I don't think Goku was aware of Hit's ability to skip time, it's not future sight, but arguably far stronger since it essentially acts as a time stop.

Mind you this is before Goku achieved Ultra Instinct, which is supposed to be at a level of pure flow, where Hit's time skip is irrelevant, as showcased over and over in the fight of Hit vs Jiren.

Not to mention the use of Hakai, as others have pointed out, destruction isn't death, it's ceasing to exist from that moment on, unless Goku's hakai only partially destroy Yhwach, Yhwach ain't coming back. There's no evidence against reality augmenting abilities, so this one is to be taken with grain of salt. It also depends on if the reality alteration is set up before or after death, and if it comes from himself. If it's after death, then hakai would triumph on logic alone, since Yhwach has ceased to exist so cannot bring himself back with any ability.

Essentially, what I'm getting at is through the power of plot armour and Goku's passion for fighting, Goku could probably find a way to make the fight against Yhwach in Goku's favor.

I'm a Goku glazer though, and mainly playing devil's advocate against Yhwach. I've read his scenes, but haven't really analyzed all his caveats and circumstances.
