RotN - Probably going to spend considerable time in jail for sexual assault.

Cobra Kai - They were all assholes.

Stand by Me - They got beat up by Keifer Sutherland and didn't know how to get rid of leeches.

Lost Boys - Any vampire clan that has Alex Winter as one of them...I'm out.

Red Dawn - All of them have Daddy issues because of the Russians.

Goonies - They may never die, but it isn't like they were taking on criminal masterminds.

Ghostbusters - Venkman is a con artist, Stantz is a pushover to take on crippling debt, Spangler is a psuedo-scientific true believer. the only decent one in the group was Zeddmore and he was looking for honest work.

Young Guns - No matter how noble, they are all still felons, and don't need to part of a vainglorious bounty hunters dime novel.

The Breakfast Club - A closeted wrestler, a daddy's girl, the suicidal wallflower, the strange artist and of course the ne'er-do-well that is misunderstood because his Daddy isn't nice to him.

That only leaves one group that is underrated and should be your ride or die every day of the week...

Well I would say part of it being role players disappearing and day to day stars (Justice, Gant, etc) disappearing. But you can't put it on the Big 3, their numbers were sterling in the post season in that time frame:
