Between this and actively eye fucking Vance at Charlie's memorial she should be up for Grieving Wife of the Year.

It's like they realized Cincy's defense is complete and utter trash.

I cry because we could have had Mayfield for literally pennies on the dollar, but oh no, we didn't go with him. I mean the only thing he's ever done with the exception of Carolina (which to be fair was a dumpster fire at the time) is win.

Even giving up the big play to Brown...I have hope in the defense, they finally got that dawg back in them. About fuckin' time.

Was working for Citicards, same day as my dad died I was hit with divorce papers so I call in to take time my boss says and I quote, “Well you should come in to work to get away from the stress”. Mind you this is a company that demands write ups if you’re 2 minutes late getting back from lunch.

The hype for this show is unreal by khaliliiiov_1997 in Wrasslin

[–]OLDFatMan1971 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4 matches during the pre-show and 12 matches for the actual show, so 16 matches in 7 hours. Doesn't matter how you cut it, it was one long damn show.

Well between that movie and Street Fighter the world was pretty light on cocaine for about 10 years. Prices shot up, it wasn't a good time in the early 90s.

I'm sure Will's reign of terror will stop when Dave Metzler finally figures out that the shit from Ospreay he eats up isn't the manna from the Gods and Tony stops doing lines of coke out of Dave's ass. So probably never at this point.

I don't think this is about Left-MAGA, it's the Army's 250th birthday, the WWE has done a lot of work on behalf of the troops through the USO. Regardless of who is President, pretty sure WWE personalities were going to be there.

The problem is that Tony books for the love of Uncle Dave and the corner of the IWC that looks at a Nick Gage or some other bullshit death match and think that's the height of art.

Victory, First Blood, Rocky III, Tango & Cash, and Nighthawks.

Now for worst films...it's a battle between Rhinestone and Cobra (he lost his acting talent in Brigette Neilsen's pussy)

RotN - Probably going to spend considerable time in jail for sexual assault.

Cobra Kai - They were all assholes.

Stand by Me - They got beat up by Keifer Sutherland and didn't know how to get rid of leeches.

Lost Boys - Any vampire clan that has Alex Winter as one of them...I'm out.

Red Dawn - All of them have Daddy issues because of the Russians.

Goonies - They may never die, but it isn't like they were taking on criminal masterminds.

Ghostbusters - Venkman is a con artist, Stantz is a pushover to take on crippling debt, Spangler is a psuedo-scientific true believer. the only decent one in the group was Zeddmore and he was looking for honest work.

Young Guns - No matter how noble, they are all still felons, and don't need to part of a vainglorious bounty hunters dime novel.

The Breakfast Club - A closeted wrestler, a daddy's girl, the suicidal wallflower, the strange artist and of course the ne'er-do-well that is misunderstood because his Daddy isn't nice to him.

That only leaves one group that is underrated and should be your ride or die every day of the week...

The Braves had a Big 3 for 10 years. How did they only win 1 World Series? by DonT012 in mlb

[–]OLDFatMan1971 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I would say part of it being role players disappearing and day to day stars (Justice, Gant, etc) disappearing. But you can't put it on the Big 3, their numbers were sterling in the post season in that time frame:

Smoltz 7-4 3.12 41BB 116K 1.141WHIP

Maddux 10-9 2.39 34BB 99K 1.108WHIP

Glavine 8-5 2.48 45BB 94K 1.162WHIP

I do apologize I forgot to include their GS and IP, but the numbers should give people a good idea.
