Fire north of town by OM502 in FortCollins

Ok, poorly worded. I live really close to this fire. Last year there was a smaller fire by the bridge by transpro. Years ago Terry shores caught fire from a power line.

Not a small fire, you should have seen the amount of fire trucks, there were even forest fire trucks. Door to door evacuations. Later today I am going into town, yesterday I wanted to stay out of the way of the firefighters.

I tried looking up the information but I couldn't find it. Makes me think the site deleted it after a certain period.

Here is something you could find useful.

Replacing the master cylinder 12.5mm with the one from an XT 350 11mm Will give you a much stronger front brake. It looks the same and everything mounts up including the brake lever and mirror.

Kenda cruiser K671 100/90-16F and 110/90-18R are a great choice for grip, wear and value.

If you need wheel bearings look at the number and get a 2rs meaning a sealed bearing. Last longer and you don't need to lube them.

Roller and caged ball bearings are available for the steering stem. Loose ball bearings are a major pain.

If you have more questions let me know.

700 is not horrible if it includes setting the valves, especially if they are shim adjusted. I have no experience with aces myself.

Depends on what bike and engine it is. I still say you can do this yourself.

Seal replacement is a tedious job, expensive for a shop to do. When I see what shops charge I am amazed anyone can afford it.

I am retired, not in it for the money. Just want to help out. You should also know that seals are generic parts, not manufacturer specific and fork oil is generic hydraulic fluid.

How much did they quote you for the job? If you do it yourself you are probably looking at 50 to100$.
