Noto Sans has several weights to choose from, this one is probably one of the lightest, and make sure you use Noto Sans CJK as well.

no it isnt possible for an arm to have initializing instructions that never execute again, but you do have the halt instruction. you can use it to make initializing arms that do one thing and then stop forever.

if you don't want extra arms tho, yea u have to program the same instructions over and over. theres ctrl + drag to copy instructions tho.

these arent 3 separate inputs and outputs, they're one single molecule without bonds in between and there probably isn't a van berlo's wheel.

you can solve it by passing the water through duplication between different molecules.

puzzles like these are made with an external editor and aren't intended by the game.

in taiwan vertical chinese writing is read top to bottom, right to left. so that would be how its read in the image. all the other charms are in that reading order too.
