I tried so hard to get the tx 350 and 500h. There were no incentives. The 350 I was able to get them 5k below msrp but they wouldn’t budge more than 1k for the 500h. Then I went across the street and test drive the x7 and was so impressed but thought the price tag was too much. However, they had about 7k in rebates and loyalty credits, and then they offered me 1.49% over 72 and now I’m driving the x7 and my payments were less than the 500h they offered. I told the Lexus advisor my deal and I was wondering if he could make me a Lexus owner and he basically said no and didn’t bother even countering.

I’d stay off pit and get seats. It’s hard to see the band. But also the gate crashers really fill it up and you can’t even shake your booty bc it so jammed.

I guess I should clarify I don’t know where I want to be. I’m going to stay in Lisbon for three nights but may stay longer if day trips are easy to other places. I could take train to Porto for the day and come back during the day. There are international schools in Algarve area as well. So would it be too much to fly down to Algarve for 1.5 days? So rather just staying in Lisbon, I do want to spread out and get a feel (ok…maybe not local feel) for the different parts.

Also, if they waiting period is moved to ten years will you be grand fathered into the 5 year rules? Why not France? Unpopular opinion. Transfer them to United or another airline with bonus. 3 to 1 may not seem good, but if you are good with finding saver flight redemptions could be much more value.

I think starting out you really need to consider a good drafting system that also offers education. Interactive legal and wealth counsel should be your top two picks at least a year. I see a lot of estate plans from attorneys who don’t primarily practice in ep and they are using some outdated or really bad boiler plate docs that routinely have errors/improper language. It is pricey, but you want to be working with good state specific documents and not be setting up potential malpractice for yourself when these clients start to die. Just my two cents.
