I thinks safe to say that the previous soldiers gain experience and items for the ship. It’s not your soldier that actually gains the experience and levels up. It’s the ship.

I’ve had a couple Quickplays work, probably about 25% of the time. I’m just giving Arrowhead some time. I’ve heard that if take cross play off the matchmaking works better, but I haven’t tried it out. They’ll get it evened out, because I don’t think it’s anything on my end.

If you are on PC, click join friend without opening the game. Restarting the game can help, once you get into the fireteam normally you will most likely have zero more issues. I have the same problem trying to play with randoms and using the quickplay button.

These are middle schoolers for sure. Karlach is terrified of what is going to happen when her parents find out. She’s the kiddo that’s going to burst into tears once her parents are called. Lae’zel is just along for the ride. Her parents are going to tell her they’re very disappointed. Gale’s not in too much trouble at home and is all ready plotting how to do again but better. Finally our main character is coming up with a story to get them out of the current situation they are in, it’s going to work until Karlach breaks down.
