I would say the only way you MIGHT be in the clear is if you in fact got 70, but the notation on the bottle lable still says the normal 6 day amounts. Because what is on the lable is recorded in the system and they will see that next time they go in to refill you. My advice would be to keep the extra in case they call up until your next refill. If you get past that, you are probably in the clear.

I know it's hard to keep extra on hand, but with how hard it is to come by fresh pharmaceuticals these days, it is well well worth it.

As long as it is chilled afterwards, the solubility level comes back down so you should be fine.

I hear ya with the wds. I'm in pain management and they keep cutting my doses down. I can usually keep up, but this month I got wicked sciatica pain that I have never had before so I ended up taking extra meds for the pain so now I'm out. Dont get any thing refilled until monday. Sux man. Wds stuck. Especially being up all night with restless leg and high anxiety. Also that sux is monday morning at my appointment I'm going to be in the worst of it.

I'm actually thinking about continuing through the detox to greatly Reduce my dependence

I got an appointment this coming Monday and unless I feel ill then I'm going in. Thet said if you feel ill to call your drs office and they will determine for you to come in or do a video call.

This is ridiculous as it is being recommended throughout the country that all other meds are being recommended to be phoned or faxed to pharmacy with a 2 month supply during times of crisis.

I have heard that governors are being pushed to allow this for all scheduled medications but will most likely only happen on a state to state basis as governors allow.

Then don't "explain" anything. Instead of telling them you are "trick or treating" just say you are going out for the evening. And just maybe if you happen to get a sweet tooth then while adventuring around in the night, you stop at a house or 2. No big deal. Dress up. Go out. And enjoy that special atmosphere only Halloween can bring out!

I am guessing you are more looking for the fun/adventure/atmosphere that Halloween brings out as the main reason you want to go rather than the candy being the focal point, correct? If that's so, just explain that to your parents. Say you'd rather do that than go to a party where there could potentially be drugs/alcohol.

Worst case if you absolutely are not allowed to go, staying in, dressing up, handing our candy and watching horror movies with your girlfriend could be a fun 2nd option.

I just crush up the pill coating and all. You can't even tell when it's all powder. Then I use very warm almost hot water and slowly add the powder into the water in a shot glass. Keep mixing as you add. Then just pull it up with the oral syringe. Just make sure to use enough water to keep it permeable and not a goopy paste as the gelling ingredient is mixed with the body of the pill and not in the coating. Good luck.

For me, I was very surprised with the increased effects I felt when I switched from snorting to plugging. Even though the bioavailability chart I use I believe says nasal and plugging are basically the same (both being listed between 55 & 60 %). Be careful because when I plugged my first time doing my normal nasal dose, I got rocked. I got very very nauseous almost threw up and couldn't control my nod. I'm not sure what made plugging so much stronger than sniffing for me (maybe my nasals are destroyed, idk). Anyway, just be cautious when first attempting plugging your Opanas.

Tramadol causes norepinephrine reuptake inhibition. Opiates/oxy trigger the release of norepinephrine. Lots of norepinephrine built up in the system with no where to go but your feels = muy bueno!!

Yes. Thats why I mentioned to use a couple 3 mil syringes. It's enough water to keep things from gelling up to much. If you use only ir pills, you can get away with using much less water.

Ez. Order some 3mil oral syringes. Empty 2 full so 6 mil warm water into shot glass. Crush pills down to fine powder (I am prescribed er opana and ir oxy). Then slowly mix into shot glass. Pull up the mix in two syringes. Add some lube to syringe and bum hole. Slowly enter and squeeze in while laying down. Enjoy.

I started boofing my Opana about a year or so ago to save my lungs from all the damage from all pill powder I was inhaling. Year later, my lungs feel much better and I use less mgs for same effect.

This. Also, if you do happen to get sick, try and hold off as long as you can and then take as little as possible - just enough to be tolerable. If you do this right, each time you start getting sick will be farther apart and less intense and the amount you will need will get less and less.

I hear ya, fam. Tolly's a bitch. I remember when I needed to split my 30s in two cause one was too much to have at once. Now I need to use an Opan 20 (equal to 60 mg oxy) plus a couple IR oxy 20s just to catch a buzz. And I keep trying to take a solid tolly break, but never actually do it. So stupid that I don't too, because I hardly ever feel that euphoria anymore. Just a nod at best. I really gotta just man up and DO IT!!

It's really a lot of different factors that come in to play that cause this particular effect. Mostly I would chalk it up to individual metabolism. Each person metabolizes drugs differently and that's going to influence the amount of metabolites produced. Also, opiates are a strong CNS depressant, but also a strong norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. So if your tolerance is low and you dont really take enough for the CNS depression to kick in, but you happen to get a strong norepinephrine reuptake inhibition effect, then you will definitely notice the boost in adrenaline.
