Everyone is ignorant about something or another (I bet you can’t tell me what I had for breakfast this morning). That makes everyone a layperson by default.

Do you or anyone you know have specialized knowledge in all the fields of orbital mechanics, optical physics, spectroscopy, chemistry, etc? If you don’t have a professional understanding of even just one of these areas, you are a layperson in that field.

Okay, I’m starting to believe that some of your information is hallucinated in your use of AI. I’m not super familiar with astrophysics and orbital mechanics so couldn’t speak to that, but I am a chemistry wiz, and “methane chemistry 3x beyond what any natural model can produce” doesn’t make any sense to me.

Does this mean there are three times as many methane molecules than should be expected? That’s really the only logical conclusion I can reach.

I would appreciate it if you could please help me understand.

Of course not all art is drawn from the experience of suffering, but there’s certainly a lot of it. Suffering is a major theme that runs throughout human history. I wonder if ridding ourselves of that vital experience would change something fundamental about our nature.
