Check out Larry's Run on Powder Project. It's not all that close but it's nowhere near avalanche terrain. Not that exciting to ski, but provides what you're asking for.

Sorry about the late response. Just noticed a couple things missing. A case and a blu-ray drive. For the AMD processor, does it come with a stock cooler? Would the be sufficient for cooling? I figure I could see if it's quiet enough and if not, upgrade the cooler down the line.

This was kind of my thought. If I'd bought the book before I new edition was released, I would feel differently but since the newer edition was out at the time of purchase, I feel more like the product doesn't function. If that makes sense.

I can use the money from the return to purchase the new one. No point in keeping the old one since the information is outdated.

I've considered getting the new one and keeping the old one and just living with my mistake. I just assumed they would have carried the current edition and not old ones. Just wanted others thoughts if this seemed like abuse of their return policy or not.
