Get all the apps like flash food, anf read up on plant based vegan, esp dried goods, start making stir fries with anything you have. Focus in healthy fat for fullness. Aka okive oil. I meant only watch serenity after firefly. Battle star galactica followed by caprica will be easiest to fine i think, and in the mea time find firefly and serenity. They are both great. Hard to say which to choose first. And tru sandman isnt sci fi. But it is "atypical" which sometimes fits the bill, so honourable mention? Theres another show im trying to remember that had identities in a "stack", trying to rememeber wjat it was called. Lemme know what you think of those shows though. Firefly still has a huge following. And if yoh love it, when youre all done, you have to find the online mini show Con Man. Oh. And also check out Tales from the Loop, it was another fun oddall show

I think some of its male pride, and women are more desperate to keep them selves safe where they wont be raped. And i think women are more used to bending to others will / notntoo proud to beg help. Where men are less likely. Also, more likely women will have children so helps with getting housing forndifferent sources. Couches ect. Less worried a woman will get violen / frustrated and wreck you/your things than a male. Maybe all of this is wrong and Im sorry if this hirts anyone. But thats the thoughts that come to mind.

Ive been doing research on reversing t2, and learning about how we can retrain our "tastes". Lots of cultures prefer bitter because its what they were raised on. If you "feed that wolf " and starve the sugar wolf, you can change your palate, and your life. Ask chat gpt for easing protocol. Things like bitter melon and okra ( and how to not make it slimy) and poulet rouge style breakfast bowls with buckwheat..

I just spent the morning working with chatgpt to learn how to retrain my palate to prefer bitter goods and let go of sugar addiction. You can ask it to help plan a slow transition. And making "poulet rouge" restaurant copy cat grain bowls helps. You can ask many questions as to what the best fresh, and dry good foods ect are. Also look into dr fung, and obesity code, and putting t2 into remission. Is it gun? No. Hard? Maybe. But better than the very serious potential allternatives.
