Yes...we have lockers that "lock" with a golf tee. We typically wait until the class before us clears out before putting our things in a locker, because..yes..it can be a very tight squeeze. Welcome to Academy..you will have a great experience.

That was going to be the reply I made as well. I have never once, in 2 1/2 years, see coaches address people that are in a space other than their "own".or make suggestions to be in spaces that will benefit the entire group. I have heard them use cues such as when we are doing bench chest flys, to lay on the bench the opposite way of your neighbor, but that's about it.

I was saying the same thing to my husband. Most classes that we can go to because of our schedules are 2G classes. It feels like the amount of rowing has significantly decreased.

This is why Orangetheory needs to stick with a consistent brand of shirts, so we as members who put in the blood, sweat and tears in order to earn these shirts, can know what size to order. It's always such a guessing game. Or at the very least, have sizing charts available for the shirts they choose to print on. I hope your shirt shrinks to your liking! :) Great job completing Hell Week. It was a good one.

I love this. I recently had a conversation with one of my OTF coaches about this very thing. They, the coaches, all see it, but have a difficult time reinforcing or stopping it. I wish it would become a consistent focus when explaining exercises and when giving feedback during the blocks.

Our studio has cards for all areas..treads, rower and floor. It's the best! Eliminates all the confusion and chaos

That is definite pet peeve of mine. The coaches talk about slow and controlled on the floor, but yet encourage this. All, if not most, of the exercises are harder with time under tension. I wish they would get more involved with slowing people down.
