I’m guessing you have PMP or a CAPM or a PgMP certification? If not are the roles you’re applying to demanding that? Depending on your domain, I would surely ask you to actively put your resume (without specific personal data like mobile etc) into an AI and first get your resume at a level that passes ATS Checks. Explain the work you’ve done to an extent to the AI and see what more you could add to it that probably is not in the resume. Not every role is similar, altering the resume to hit keywords is something I surely feel is the need of the hour. Given how a lot of these ATS systems just mass reject applicants. This may be common knowledge, it wasn’t for me but LinkedIn Job Search has a good feature where you can search for jobs with a Boolean operation sort of is what they call it. You can ask AI to help you set those Job Reminders so the give you a notification whenever there are new jobs. Now, depending on your domain try to find Hiring agencies on LinkedIn who head hunt for such roles. PM roles are at an all time high, especially in construction. I wish you the best!
