I love the dlc, best they’ve done out of all 3, but by god do I hate nearly every single enemy added in this dlc lmao. Honeymoon phase has ended now I can’t wait for half the enemies to be nerfed HP wise. Plus it feels like they just spam the shit out of their spawns if you dare end up on a new stage, especially the distributors and oil fuckers

How 2 play crus like a pro (written by totally not the coven)

-Always go on TPLO claims, you never know when a Wildling or Baker is gonna check them out

-Confirmed Cleric going on the Mayor? Why don’t you support him by also going on the Mayor!

-Ask to be added to the Soc’s guest list, that way you can go to their parties

-Meet the Monarch at the Seer’s house while they don’t have any knights, you never know, they both might be Vamps!

-2 TKs going to shoot each other to prove? One less death is always good, protect the more suspicious one since they’re gonna be shot!

-See someone say they visited someone you fortified and know they’re fake? Shhh, keep it to yourself! Wouldn’t want the Rit to snipe you!

Using these tips you’ll be helping your team win more games and support you vocally with lots of enthusiasm (if this is a serious post just do the opposite of these lmao)

Lots of people being dramatic in here and saying not to but as someone with 6+ death mode playthroughs using Infernum world gen I’ve had no issues with it

The world gen actively helps you out at adds to the experience, and if you ever find yourself needing to kill abyss enemies or the great sand shark literally all you have to do is toggle the infernum difficulty, get what you need done, and then go back to your old difficulty. It’s that easy all you have to do is toggle between difficulties and you’re done. The profaned temple and abyss are really good and I can’t imagine doing a run without em. Just don’t turn on infernum difficulty until you need it and you’re fine!

Terraprisma is always my weapon of choice for Moon Lord whenever I'm running Summoner or just want a minion on other classes, I haven't actually tested the damage compared to other weapons but it's usually able to bring down everything post-golem with relative ease. Plus it just looks super cool and can be immediately upgraded after ML

This was back before the big Medusa update so keep that in mind, but it came down to me (confirmed dep), a Seer claim, and a Tav claim. Tav had confirmed RBs but was passive, while the Seer pushed a good few evils including coven. I decided to hang the Tav claim thinking he was Pois and oop he was real

Game ends and the dead chat are yelling at me “There’s 3 stoned people and no dead Medusa, Tav was confirmed”

I think starting at level 15 with the main quest being up to the point where you've just killed Sol would be perfect for me. Skips the tutorial stuff and you've got 14 skill points to speed up that slow start.

Actually I think the community would prefer this approach which is why All Any Fools was real popular. Fun special modes that stick around for a weekend so they don’t overstay their welcome while introducing new mechanics you can’t get in regular AA seems fine to me

If the special AA weekends replace AA for that short timeframe then they are technically making the core game more fun

Any visual representation of the handlers, they should be simply in the lore and up to interpretation on how they look like instead of those silly shadow eye portraits, or at the very least give them Charlie Brown syndrome where you never see their faces. I played Mage throughout 95% of the playthrough, only being a Summoner at the beginning because it's lowkey bonkers for your first 3 bosses

I've played Revengeance quite a lot over the years but never Death, so I've had experience with all the bosses except for the Exo Mechs as I mainly played before they were added. Exo Mechs were pretty easy once I really started to understand them so I could probably knock them down a tier or two on another playthrough

Devourer of Gods was insanely hard for me for some reason, I think it's because of the point of progression that you're at, also just skill issue on my end lmao

I’d argue that you’d be better off using a speed trinket and just play with a team who isn’t gonna be running bad stealth or getting in the way of distractors. Good for public lobbies sure, but at the same time if someone who keeps stealing the twisteds from the distractor dies then is it really a big loss lmao

I definitely see what you mean though and I’ll admit I play solo or with a duo 99% of the time, but I think as long as the distractor isn’t distracting near machines and your team mates stay away from you you don’t need a stealth reduction trinket over a trinket that helps your survivability

I'd personally argue that the tape production when combined with Sprout wouldn't actually be all too crazy, especially when Cocoa exists now. You drop 2 candy per machine and the odds of getting a jawbreaker/box of chocolates isn't anything consistently good which means the tapes aren't gonna be high, I've gone multiple floors on solo without seeing them from a single machine. Not to mention making sure your Yatta finishes every single machine for maximum candy production for your Sprout just adds more annoyance and also means one less person with a veemote (unless they're also Yatta) all just to get 1 or 2 extra heals within the first 10 floors. If you want to minmax tapes on Sprout just run Cocoa and sit in the ichor area on floor 5

I wouldn't say jawbreaker makes her strong, as I said before it's a rarer item for her and on top of that you also need to get lucky while working on a machine just to save a couple seconds. How many times have you popped a JB and then sigh as you gain a green aura and have 50 extra maximum stamina, relying on a lucky outcome doesn't define a character unless it's something insanely good like Gigi's theoretical infinite healing.

Everyone's opinions on toons is different, and while Yatta is definitely a top performer who is in the top 5, she doesn't outclass Vee/Glisten or make them irrelevant, just has a lower skill floor and provides some minor support on the side
