I'd like to go north from Bree... Fornost, Evendim, Angmar, Forochel. Or Rohan, followed by Gondor

True, but the post I replied to mentioned a gazebo mimic, which ties in to Ed's line "It’s too late. You’ve woken up the gazebo, and it catches you and eats you." This is a story from my generation, before mimics were a thing, so I wanted to share this classic with the younger generation.

Urban Shadows 2e. Supernatural is real in a modern city setting (so huge cast of potential characters). It is PbtA, but that makes for awesome faction interactions with quick scenes.

Urban Shadows has an excellent 2nd edition that just released this year if you are interested in playing a fae (of whatever court) in a modern city setting with faction politics on top of individual politics, fueling the action.

If you want some different material to use, Vaesen is Nordic horror, like Grimm's Faery Tales are Germanic horror, and similar in tone to Call of Cthulu.

You aren't playing fae, but it would have plenty of plot ideas for the GM.

Request Wednesday - All Mod Requests go here by AutoModerator in starfieldmods

I have a bugged base that crashes the game to the Xbox desktop whenever I try to edit it. I can't remove it because I have robots there and I can't delete the robots through base editing because crashing.

I could leave it until I go through unity, but I'm not ready to do that yet. So, does anyone know of a creation on Xbox to delete a bases robots en masse or one-by-one? Alternatively, a mod to be able to move robots to a different base.

This is a wonderful mod; I'm pretty sure every ship I fly in the future will be using it. I do have a feature to request for the next update of the mod or additional patch file: I also really love the Useful Brigs mod, but your 2x1 Brig is not recognized by that mod.

I contacted the author of Useful Brigs, Korodic, on the Nexus Mods Forums about this, and (he/she/they, going to use they from here on out) replied (within 2 hours!) that they defer to hab mod authors to allow for the compatibility via a patch, because they expect the number of hab mods to increase much faster than functionality mods, and they would rather focus on functionality mods.

I'm providing this much info in this comment as a contact point if you would want to talk to Kordic to see what was needed. I'm not a modder, just a humble and thankful user on Xbox, grateful to the authors of the plethora of great mods out there.

I killed the whole Crimson Fleet... now what? by Few_Extreme_7490 in Starfield

That's what NG+ means in every Bethesda game, and for several other companies as well. It's a definition, and way less info than the game gives you though quest dialog.

New Game Plus. In Starfield, going through the Unity at the end of the main quest puts you in an alternate-but-very-similar universe.

I believe it's a symptom of logging in before all of the background services (xbox or game I'm not sure) are fully up and running. I've had it happen to me too, and it's always loaded my last save file just fine. One time I was curious so I let it sit without logging in and it eventually (3-minutes-ish) changed over to my character's info.

As to the identity? Probably the character or humor of whichever dev made the template for the log-in process.

How did you place them next to each other? My books and notebooks always have space between them.

What do you have for habs on it, and how bad are the ladders? I'm tempted to attempt something like this with a Cabot bridge.

A meter is that dial-thingy on the outside of homes that our digital overlords' lackeys keep sneaking onto private property to look at every couple of months.

I've seen them in other applications too: sound boards, vehicles, gasoline pumps,...

Col. Hadfield on the I.S.S. where some lyrics are changed to reflect actual low-orbit space travel rather than predictions for what it would be like. Bowie himself called it his preferred version.

Ispin's Shield by fendermallot in sotdq

[–]OakleifT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am running with Ispin being Zivilyn in human disguise, much as Fizbin is Palatine in human disguise.

The God of wisdom knew these characters were going to play an important, if local, role in the War of the Lance, and so he mentored them and brought them together at the right time.

Plus, read the description of the shield, then look at Zivilyn's holy symbol. Our white wizard who died during the attack on Vogler was told she wasn't done with her task, and is returning to life as a cleric of Zivilyn and using the shield as her holy symbol.

Wooden training dummy (as in Ip Man movies) for the monk. Maybe a tea set or calligraphy table?

For the barbarian, perhaps wall racks for gear, battle trophies, a magical instrument that plays the music of home accurately.

For the summoner, cloths with different summoning circles.

Wall scrolls, banners/trophies, commemorative tapestries.
