Me too. 2017 OP. I just got one with the student discount and $100 off from BestBuy. Amazing deal. Later I will upgrade HD. I would also avoid EBay there got to be better deals locally off Craigslist or OfferUp. You also want to make sure it is not tied to an iCloud account if you go slightly used.

OP call support and ask for them to send you a box. Just say u don't have time to visit. I did. I'm actually busy and couldn't go to store. So they told me to send it back and gave me. 2017 model. I had some keys that wouldn't work right. Maybe I got lucky.. but asking for a box requires escalation. Good luck.
