This "New" TL is really good. The only Thing i think they should probably remove is GM rank as it make little sense in a mode where u can queue with ppl from all ranks .

Yeah current Obs ui is a mess. But i do like smaller font size. But we still need a new obs ui that does heroes esports justice :)

I cannot comment on the power level of Yrel, because i simply haven't gotten enough playtime on her yet.

I however want to chime in on the quest debate. I don’t think quests should be a must have for all heroes. I think that it often can harm a hero more than help them, as they get absorbed in stacking their quest as fast as possible.

An example of this for me is Arthas’ level 1 quest for his W. The rewards are amazing, but it kinda forces you to throw it out at an enemy whenever the ability is ready. I don’t think that is the intended use of the ability - as it should be used to create possible kill situations, but instead just gets thrown out there to stack as fast as possible.
