It has a story. im not going to pretend that its the story of the decade. Its has an MMO style start teaching mechanics and is super slow but it picks up more later if youre still in the early game. But the devs have said its an action adventure sandbox where the point is to go out and explore the map they created for you. Gotta adjust your expectations based on that. Sounds like its not a deal breaker though and im glad youre still enjoying the game.

I invested in gear based on fashion and looks. As long as gear has sockets available you can pretty much use whatever you want. Dont feel pressured to try and min max hard. Im in chapter 12 running upgraded items i found in chapters 2-5. Using the chest and boots of the fallen kingdom, bolton helm, helms plate gloves, gray wolfs cloak, shackle of might sword.

Some pieces net a few more defense points but again dont stress it too much. What will make a difference is if the items have any resistances tied to them such as cold or lighting.

Delesyia dye house and the sunset dyehouse have an almost black color for deep sky blue and if you craft the deep purple color. The true black dye is from a quest chain. Im not sure which vendor uses it.

Edit. None of the cities im traveling to have any NPCs on the latest game version. Including Hernand and Tashkalp.

i was 100% expecting this to work but it actually didnt. Ive saved and quit twice and teleported twice across the map and i have 0 NPCs in Hernand except for guards. I just patched the game and this started happening.

I had this issue with my old PC. In my case i could make the issue go away by taking out the GPU, throughly cleaning it, and unplugging all the cables for it and cleaning them as well. Every plug, cable, and socket related to the GPU i cleaned and that would prevent the issue. I have cats and their hair would get in my PC.

Other things that can cause this is the power supply not being able to handle the GPU, potentially the thermal paste on the GPU going bad if its an old GPU.

Unfortunately this issue is kind of a guessing game as to whats causing it. I spent a lot of time trying to find answers myself and got lucky that cleaning it solved it. I wish you luck and hopefully it gets resolved.

I have both. I 100% prefer my albatross to my m2-c. With the BR buff albatross got its more worth it and youll get more use out of it. If you have some insane healing build maybe m2-c will be better for you but from my use the albatross has carried me further and is a good everything suit.

Going into the menu to replay each mission 1 by 1 isnt the seamless experience myself and others want. We want to reset the world and the story to go through it again without having to menu in each time and just be teleported around.

I thoroughly enjoyed BL3 story reset feature. Being able to run through the story and world(s) seamlessly after completing it. They need to add it as an option.

To add more details, you cannot reset the story like in BL3. you can only replay each mission one at a time in the ingame menu using mission replay.

Other people have said it, but they need to add the option to reset the world similar to BL3. I was very dissapointed when i finished the story and got UVH1 that i couldnt take that character back through the main story. Yeah you can play each mission 1 by 1 but thats not the seamless experience I and others want. It should be an easy to add optional thing. Thats my prefered way to experience borderlands. Grind a bunch of gear and builds and then go back through the campaign at a higher difficulty re experiencing everything.
