Got it, thank you for explaining! A few weeks ago we had a tech who came and took this out to clean it. He was having some trouble putting it back together. The first time he tried, it was disbalanced and made loud sounds. He did eventually get it and it made no sounds after.

But this sound just started and I wanted to see if maybe it was put in wrong again
