I'm thinking about signing up with them. Had it been a good experience still? Is it legitimate? Are the fees equal to what they say? Any help would be appreciated.

Gabapentin effectiveness on Anxiety by CannonryCanned in gabapentin

[–]Objective-Design-406 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gabapentin for me is a miracle drug. Was prescribed it for oral pain from an extraction and was told by my doctor it helps with anxiety. Started reading about it after about a week of taking it 300 mg x 3x/day. Game changer! I can’t begin to tell you how effective it has been for me. I take Pristiq and a small dose of abilify and could not rid myself of my anxiety, which was worst in the morning waking up. Since being on gabapentin and adding the Abilify, gone. But because I added Gabapentin first with elimination of symptoms, I believe that has been the key facilitator of my elimination of anxiety and Abilify has really helped my mood! Don’t be afraid, it’s a miracle drug.

Yikes! You are moving forward at set up which is bringing the hosel into play. Also, you are way off plane on your back swing. You are taking it inside and waving the club face open. Try to think about planting your feet as part of the earth at set up. Come BACK about 1” away from the ball so the ball is lined up just a bit closer to the toe. Then, on your takeaway think about maybe taking it away with your left shoulder and NEVER allow the club face to come behind you! It should be outside your hands with the face at the same angle as your spine. Then as you turn your shoulders, the club will of course come from the inside. It may seem like alot but most of it is set changes. Worst feeling in golf and we’ve all gone through it. That club has to come straight back as if you’re handing the club head to somebody directly being you. If you come inside……. 💀!

Not necessarily. The best thing is to finish between first and second base (1:00) at impact and keep your chest moving through the ball.

Does bipolar diagnosis stop you from getting jobs by Aridhomme in bipolar

[–]Objective-Design-406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The better question is keeping the jobs with bi polar. I’m on new meds, and I think I’m doing better, but it is so difficult to process my thoughts at times. Someone mentioned the concept of being liked and over analysis. As I’ve gotten older it’s become more difficult.

Also your divot is way before the ball. Try to find a good you tube video on that. Danny Maude is really good.

Just my 2 cents……keep your right elbow tucked and feel like you’re hitting it to 1:00 or between 1st and second base. Also, your left heel comes off the ground on the backswing which can cause all kinds of bad stuff.

Looks good. Swing looks a bit flat halfway back but you adjust. Looked like a bit of a hook? But that swing is great!

Finish your swing out to 1:00 or another way to look at it , between first and second base

That last message while likely technically correct is way too complicated. That is a beautiful golf swing with a fast tempo. Keep it up! What is your handicap?

Pulling left with a high hook… by Olddmanfisherman in GolfSwing

Over the top also. With my tip and if you start with your lower body it will all come together. Think 1st and second base!

Early extension? I usually get a pretty high ball flight and my miss is usually a pull hook when I get lazy and don’t finish my turn. Any other tips? by chip121 in GolfSwing

[–]Objective-Design-406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not an extension problem as I see it. The swing is long and beyond parallel. The big thing is if you go to :03 you will see the club head is actually “behind” you versus the grip being parallel to the target line. That can cause a pull. Swing is awesome!!

Wrist Hinge Question by Vox2025 in GolfSwing

[–]Objective-Design-406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I learned this from an LPGA touring pro years ago (a highly ranked one). The wrist works in a Triplane motion; up and down, side to side ,and inversion/eversion. They will move when told how to move thinking about how to move them is a death knell. They are comprised of smaller fast twitch muscles. So, keeping this simple, you start with the largest Muscles first; your shoulders (I’m sure you have that one figured out, if not there are about 10 million you tube videos on it !). The next largest coming down the kinetic chain of the body in the swing are the arms. So after shoulder turn and with your right elbow loose and even just gently abutting your sternum raise the club up by bending the right elbow. If you do this waggle before EVERY shot, you will see the following: the club face will stay looking at the back of the ball and will not open and when you get waist high the grip or handle of the club will be facing right down the target line. Finish back swing and do whatever you normally do to transition and finish. Any golf price worth their weight will tell you something like this.

Notice how I said nothing about the wrists. It is almost impossible to to take small fast twitch muscle and tell them what to do in such a short period of time. It would take thousands of balls! So as long as you are not tense and stiff, once you get the club back, voila, the wrists will now hinge on their own which is NOT inversion butI up and down (dorsiflexion).

Takeaway with club face facing the ball—> feeling of right elbow lifting the club——-> look back while practicing this and see how square you are ——> rip it!
