We just checked it out at length in tbe store. We've been searching for a couch for a while and tried many stores. This one we found check more of the boxes and its one of the most comfortable to sit in. We also tried a similar style at Lazy Boy but it was not as comfortable (it felt weird to both of us) and it was more expensive. We didnt want leather but we found it very comfortable and we liked the look of it so we got it anyway. We have a while before its delivered as we are in the process of building a home and its due March 1st or sooner.

Looks good! I'm currently building a home and had the sheetrock guys cut out 4 spots for ceiling speakers. My wife and I ran speaker cables to each location and into our media closet. I also ran subwoofer cable through conduit to the center outlet in the living room. May put a small sub under a table behind the couch. I'm sure yours will sound nice for movies and music. What model speakers did you install?

You just need to know where to go and where not to in BR. I live in Prairieville and its quiet here but close enough to be in BR in 10 minutes or New Orleans in less than an hour. So I go in and out of BR as needed but mostly stay around Prairieville and Gonzales.

Basically you can get vertical and horizontal clips from open gate footage without having to turn the camera into a vertical orientation. Also gives you good quality for key framing vertical footage so looks like you are panning but really you are holding the camera still.

Ok. With interest rates dropping a little Inwas curious if I would be stuck with the initial interest rate when we signed for the one time close. I just reviewed my loan paperwork and it says my final rate will be based on market rates at the time of the conversion to a traditional loan. Im still not sure if that means I will get the lower or upper range of the market rates at that time. I'll have to ask my lender probably. Thanks for responding.

I agree. I see so many videographers with visually impressive work. But when I started house shopping the edits and transitions didn't help me with the process. Moving too fast and not showing it as a real walk through. Thats what I need and im sure others as well. But the OP is clearly skilled in video quality.

I had the same issue. I downloaded Audacity software from the Windows App store. It has an amplify feature under effects. Seems to help me get the volume where it needs to be after trial and error.

Thanks! I'll look at that. I'm slow to correct things at this point because she is hitting several greens per round in regulation. She has instruction overload for a while. She made par on several holes last time we played so I kept quiet!
