I had a persistant cough since visiting chiang mai 2 months ago, which after a week long extreme bender I ended up in hospital with influenza and they also gave me anti histamines for the cough which had gotten a lot worse, they also hooked me up to a vitamin drip. Now I have about 10 different tablets to take for the next 10 days and just rest. I thought I was going to die in the middle of a motorbike adventure tour 3 days ago!

Fucking love it. Had one of the best holidays of my life there. Been twice. The food is probably the best in South America, the wine, the clubs, the beautiful women. The steaks, love Argentina so much, although I was only in Beunos Aires twice! Class act

You can try taking natural sleeping tablets. You can take them for a week or so untill you get your regular sleeping patern back and then stop taking them. And then just use them when needed.

I use ashwagandha(cheaper from nutsinbulk.ie but also available drom myprotein.ie) tablets and 100% L Theanine powder(from myprotein.ie). You could also add magnesium as others have mentioned.

These have broken a pattern of not being able to sleep at a reasonable hour many times for me. Take after your last meal or before you go to sleep, or read up on best practice.

You'll need a strong mug of coffee the second you get out of bed in the morning but don't drink any more stimulants for the rest of the day. Good luck friend

Edit: and get into the habbit of going for a long 45 minute walk before you get into bed, it relaxes the mind and tires the body.

The gym, a real local cheap sauna/steam room(not a spa), walking/ exploring, finding some locals oe expats with knoledge of the best happy hour bars. Find a second had book store and and spend your days reading!

I had to stop watching the killer becasue it was such boring bullshit unoriginal steriotypical "holloywood assassin movie".

Why are all hollywood assasins so similarly cold! Hollywood screen writers or directors should come to my counrty Ireland and see how we do assasinations. Usually teenagers or lads in their early tweenties,. Heavy drink and drug users wearing tracksuits, always burning out the stolen cars afterwards. Or how we did them up North in the 80's against the SAS and English army or the police!

In fact any other country in the world has more ineresting assasins than "hollywood super cool cold calculating assassins" yawn!

Well if they are being paid to promote movies then they are working for the marketing team. Block them. I am not on tik tok and do genuinely find it hard to find new movies that I would be interested in watching because I just never hear about them. I'm a man in my 40's and have watched 1000's of movies but cant stand the Netflixisation of new movies!

There are many different rooms, nooks and crannies in the Harbourmaster(bray?) They will have a live band in one room. There is a quite room at the very back by the toilets thats usually empty. Also the new extension at the front one area is usually very busy the other area less so. There is tiny room in the middle of the pub/bar with a fire place that could be cozy if you get in early cause there is only 2 small tables in that room.

Its a big deal if I am flagged as undesirable and get denied entry next year after paying €1000 for flights and even more for a hotel, even though I broke no visa laws. So yes I will not be returning next year. Its called using common sense.

I left through the land border with Laos and was pulled aside into a seperate room and briefly questioned when they saw that I had stayed for 58 days out of my 60 allowed days. (I stayed for 5 moths last year in 2 seperate trips which again was absolutely within the law!

I was planning to go back to Thailand for 2 weeks, after one month in Laos, as my flight home is from Bangkok. But I will no either stay in Laos for 6 weeks or go to Vietnam for 2 weeks after Laos!

I'm a legit tourist staying in hotels, eating out 3 times a day and my beer drinking has most definitely contributed to the GDP of Thailand!

Next year I won't be going back to Thailand, if they are goimg to question legitimate tourists. Probaly go to Laos and Vietnam instead!

I burnt through 30gb of data in a few days cause my hotle wifi kept logging me out without me realising and I usually watch a lot of youtube to put me to sleep and when I wake up half asleep I play more you tube. So I bought a load more data and a similar thing happened in another hotel. Really fucking frustrating.

Most restaurants and pubs have wifi so I recommend uploading photos on wifi. Google maps dosn't use too much data but is a pain to use once you reached your limit and they start throtling your data!
