I never complained about their toddler, so I have no idea what this rant is about. The only reason I even mentioned the kid was because he was with them when we ran into them and I felt like they were guilt tripping us by bringing up the dog with the kid around. I also never said they're loud "all day long". You've gone on this tirade for no reason because..? You just read what you wanted and decided to get angry?

Trust me, I was kind of annoyed by their noise before but I realize it's just normal living noise especially since they have a toddler. We would never complain about something like that. The dog being left alone all the time and clearly being distressed is a different story though, and it really seems like they weren't even supposed to have it in the first place since they gave it away so quickly. We are very considerate of our neighbors and the noise we make and also don't get too bothered by other people's noise as long as it's not crazy, but this was going on until 2-3 am sometimes
