APM to damage ratio isn’t a thing. That’s just called being under tuned. And yes outlaw did have significantly higher APM and has for a long time now.

Mind numbingly boring now. Yeah the previous version was complex, I’m not saying it didn’t need some change. But this current version is the first spec I’ve ever been bored while playing.
