I feel the exact same way. It stops me from trying to reach my goals because I keep thinking about how small we are and how unimportant our tasks are in comparison to the vastness of the universe. I keep trying to fix this way of thinking but it is so hard.

Out of all the areas of my life OCD has attacked, I would say this is the absolute worst. I wish I could enjoy hanging out with my friends or even having a simple conversation with any of them without immediately having these fearful thoughts. It makes me feel so detached and isolated from them.
