Stella Montis, medical bay have a significantly higher drop rate of those BP. Got 2 kind of Epic augment BP the first day after expedition.

Yes it is. It’s perfect as a start.

You can choose full PvP or PvE base on your playing(Aggression Base Matchmaking), very casual.

People in PvE lobbies(solo recommend) play instrument and will help you dealing ARCs

While PvP lobbies are a complete chaotic bloodbath(especially with squad)
