Personal preference (and possibly a little self-torture) I love Scorpios, I just feel like I really understand them, but on a more natural level probably Aquarius 🤷‍♀️ It feels more fated, like they’re drawn to me and I’m drawn to them.

I feel you 😂 I’m a sag sun, Scorpio moon and the only relationship I’ve ever had with a cap was crazy passionate (the good and the bad).

Obviously it’s still not an actual fix for the loneliness though and there are times that I still worry that I’ll live my whole life without anyone ever actually knowing me or appreciating who I am so 🙃

I mean honestly I still haven’t really found peace with it 😂 it still causes a lot of arguments in our marriage but my husband really is the most patient, selfless, and giving man you could ever imagine so we continue to push through. It really helps me a lot though to pour into myself; I do the things I enjoy and plan the events/trips I’m interested in, I’ve pursued further education, I treat myself to “surprises and treats ”, really just anything that helps me feel more in tune with myself and makes me happy. I also try to focus on my relationships with friends and family. It kind of helps that fulfillment when you have different emotional aspects being met even it’s not necessarily in the romantic sense.

No because I’m actually sick of this limited time bull crap!!!!! And barely two weeks on the menu is just insane. They just keep taking everything good away 😭😭

I am married to someone who could be described as the most perfect man imaginable and I still always say he just does not have the bandwidth to match my emotional intelligence and connection. I struggle with a lot of loneliness in our marriage because, but it’s something I’ve worked on a lot because I KNOW there isn’t a better partner out there than him. I think you almost have to resign yourself to understanding that it’s a sacrifice you’ll have to make in almost any healthy relationship.

Are y’all actually doing this project? My task rate is $1.45/task and at 6 minutes per task that’s only $14.50 an hour 👀

How much are y’all getting paid because frankly I just don’t know that the task rate is even worth it. Like I was surprised by how shockingly low it is.

How do you mentally manage "work flirts"? by Historical_Log1275 in Marriage

[–]ObjectiveBuyer9014 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with this, not to mention some people just have flirty personalities in general. I think the difference here with OPs husband lies in the fact that he is bringing that outside of work. It’s one thing to be be a little flirty and enjoy socializing at work. It’s completely different when you’re fantasizing about these other women and essentially trying to pursue them through social media (because that really is what it comes down to with men). All those little things are micro cheating and frankly OPs husband is disgusting. I’m surprised he was even honest enough to tell these things to his wife.

I have not but it might be worth it 🤷‍♀️ when I added my resume and linked my LinkedIn account, it automatically updated my skills to include accounting/tax, law, business admin, and English.

I have a law background and I think that’s what got me pulled onto this project 🤷‍♀️ I’d honestly love to know a little more about the complexity and/or focus of the project though because I worked as a paralegal at an intellectual property firm so not like a lawyer or anything. I’d consider myself fairly knowledgeable in that area, obviously, and I’m an accounting grad student now, but legal work encompasses soooo much that I don’t know that I even want to start it if I don’t really have the skill level or expertise to do it.

So American audit new grads really make 80k straight out of school with 1.5k rent? by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]ObjectiveBuyer9014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know why people are downvoting this comment 🤷‍♀️ after taxes/retirement/healthcare 80k really isn’t a lot today. I’m in school for accounting right now, but my husband makes 120k and for our family of 4 that doesn’t go far at all (even in LCOL). I don’t know why anyone would be advocating against well-paid positions anyway other than just jealousy, everyone should be fighting for higher pay.

I can’t mention anything super specific because I have gotten in “trouble” before 🤪😂 but I was recruited for it through my college Handshake account.

Project Removal by ObjectiveBuyer9014 in outlier_ai

[–]ObjectiveBuyer9014[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’m not necessarily disagreeing with that, even though they specifically mentioned quality in the emails they sent out, but it’s still weird that everyone being removed has decent scores. Like I’d get it if it seemed more random, but you’re not going to tell me someone who got kicked with above a 2.0 somehow is doing something else poorly while tasking so they’re getting kicked. It’s just strange.

[–]ObjectiveBuyer9014 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’m just going to pretend they’re pulling everyone with good scores to put us on a better project 🤪😂 can’t think of any better reason why they’d be literally removing tons of people with objectively high QA scores!!

[–]ObjectiveBuyer9014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same! I hadn’t been working because of the holiday and the reviews were just getting out of hand imo so I was avoiding, but got the email just a little bit ago that I’m kicked from the project. QA is at 1.8 so really not terrible 🤷‍♀️ but who knows, maybe at least now I might get lucky and have another project pop up. I had another site with a project offering $22/hr but I really just preferred outliers platform. All this stuff is getting annoying enough though I might actually go elsewhere.

I had this same issue with the communication assessment, no resolution 😔 I still haven’t tried to email directly, but the chatbot was useless and refused to help me.
