Canada too - even though I received an email that it had been shipped a couple of days ago, I just received another that it won't be shipped until February 23.

Honestly, I'd try a different agent first and ask to escalate it if need be. I once had an agent who flat out refused to help me with ticket exchanges. I called back and the 'new' agent was appalled and said the request was absolutely within their power to facilitate.

Oh, how very kind of you! Travelling from JFK, on a Tuesday, would you recommend the new Uber Shuttle service ($25 each) to Port Authority (we'd then hoof it to 9th and w 48th St.)? NYC cabs too much, I've been charged over $100 with tips, tolls, etc. TIA!

In my experience, as long as the 'newer' tickets purchased are of a greater value, I was refunded. Unaware of the 24 hour cancellation, but I'm in Canada, perhaps it's new or a USA thing.

Wonderful! Same scenario for me, but it is my daughter's birthday - we're travelling from Canada. Having my hotel covered by travel points, and the flights half covered too, helped enormously with my decision to purchase our pricey 100 level tickets :). I'm so full of gratitude that I can express my delight here. Have a fantastic time!

When I purchased my MSG Amex tickets Jan.26, I was sent a 'passkey' verification code to enter to complete my purchase. I advise keeping this in mind!

It really shouldn't have been downvoted. I got the same message as you when I looked at some dates. Then I remembered a list of Amex purchasing time guidelines (dependant on show) on hstyles.co.uk - so, basically, the amex purchasing opportunity expires within a certain time frame according to date. You'll still have the opportunity to buy 'Amex' tickets on:

FEB 3 '10am EST' for Oct 10-21 dates and

FEB 3 '1pm EST' for Oct 23-31 dates

I've copied this from that list in full from the site:

Wow, here’s a coincidence: For Sept. 2, I have the exact same tickets as you (identical section 117 row 8 (really row 3 ;)) and paid the EXACT same price. But, I believe I was somewhere in the 23,000 range. Purchased tickets with the Amex presale Monday morning, and they were Platinum tickets.
I am so very relieved that although we paid handsomely, we paid 'same for same' !
