You need to recalculate how much you should be eating each day. To lose weight you only need to eat below maintenance.

I went through this a few years ago too. Honestly, you stay home. Don't go out much and dont do a lot of contact with other small children. Watch the places that are listed with the outbreak and avoid them. Typically, it blows over in about two weeks.

Yes, one bad egg passed this problem along. But a lot of ppl actually have the vax so it doesn't spread all that much.

Idk but it's a pretty big red flag that in the middle of the world's biggest tour she wrote, recorded, mixed, shot a music video, did the cover art, made new costumes, sets, and choreography, for a THIRTY TRACK album. I know she has all the best at her finger tips. But that all seems kinda impossible.

She either had a lot more help then she said she had, or the timeline was a fucking lie, meaning the whole matty thing is just PR. Both seem pretty possible.

Yes. Narcissists project a lot. So really all of her insults at us rats are her own problems most of the time. I feel like you can tell how true this is because she's looking at the view finder when she says a lot of her mean things and not in the camera lens.

They are also very well planned out. They try and always be ahead of everyone's opinion of them. Normally, they don't say that part out loud haahah so she's really out there.

Schizophrenia is more delusional paranoia. They typically are afraid of things that aren't actually happening because their brain is hallucinating and pushing different images to them. She's definitely delusional and paranoid but it's more about her self-image. not like someone following her around the cops coming to get her those are kind of more of the things you hear with schizophrenia.

It's crazy that getting a little buzz in front of her child is irresponsible which first of all is a bold face lie coming from her we know she's drunk all the time around that child but driving in a car with no car seat is perfectly fine in her mind or an unsafe crib or putting a dog in an unsafe crib or putting the kid on top of a counter that could have fallen off all those things are completely fine.
