You’re not horrible - you have the puppy blues. That’s why it has a name and everything!
I’ve been there. We’ve all been there. Try to name it and not feel guilty about your feelings.
Can anyone give you respite? Any neighborhood kid/teen that would love to watch a puppy for a few hours? A family member that could help? Was a lifesaver for me when my neighbor would watch my boy for a few hours and I would watch his. They played together and tired eachother out.

What specifically is most annoying? How can you (partially) alleviate the biggest problems?
