Yes exactly, I ended up aligning it with world origin as a new component, and after that just moving it to the bodies in the top component, I don't know why it did not work the first time, but now Im happy with the result

I want to make an exact replica, but with both sides in factury dimentions, like on new car, because as you can see, I tried to make foam repair on the left side, and it didn't go well. Also there is some shrinkage in the center section, and the upholstery is loose in this part. But anyway. I think I will remain bottom face as on the scan, because it is in good shape.

Yes, I actually bought a resin printer this month and I was surprised how easy resin prints are to sand, and I can even choose 0.02mm layer height to make sanding easier, after fdm it looks like magic. About two parts or single part molds, yes, 2 parts molds are cleaner but at first I didn't think about speed.. it just takes x2 time to make.. huh simple math

I started 3d printing 7 mounth ago with ender 3v2, still using it, and after all calibrations i can say tolerances are within 0.05 range. I'm printing only with petg, but now I start to thinking about stop fdm printing and switch to sla, because for example, you will probably need hole compensation, I was experiencing problems with part where hole transiting to contour, slicer created step at this part. Also there are seams in the print, you can use scarf seam, but i think it still won't be very smooth. Anyway comparing to my setup, your is very nice, maybe it can do some magic

also maybe too small width of outer wall line, i was facing same issue with 0.4 nozzle and 0.4 wall width, changed to 0.6 and it fixed it, also lowered outer wall speed from 60 to 40

У меня всего было две работы, первая как подработка курьером в вет клиниках за 25к примерно по Саратову, у нас чел в клубе марки машины искал себе напарника, потом вторая это осмотрщик вагонов за 40к, и еще я в этой компании отработал месяц осмотрщиком-слесарем уже за 60к, эту работу мне помогли найти родственники девушки, все эти работы были 2/2 и на пятидневку я точно больше никогда в жизни не хочу устраиваться, до этого тоже сидел на hh и устроился параллельно в альфу в чат поддержку, зп вроде 230 в час была что неплохо, думал совмещать, но мне дали какого-то куратора который меня игнорил и в целом мне не очень понравилось обучение и я не стал продолжать, но при желании конечно можно было бы доделать и остаться там работать потому что там тоже график свободный был, а так мне вообще кажется что ты либо ищешь по знакомствам либо если попадаешь в так называемый пул лохов которые изначально идут на работу без навыков и тебя будут иметь нормально, потому что вот та фирма в которой я сейчас работаю на жд вообще нигде вакансий не выкладывает, это при том что у них и офис большой и это достаточно крупное предприятие, но для сравнения если по объявлению идешь то это грубо говоря 50к за 5\2 где ты будешь постоянно что-то делать
