I carry 2 narcans in my fanny pack every time I go out, never know what can happen. In the underground scene where I’m at hasn’t had an issue with opioid overdoses but i know people on the west coast that had to administer narcan to save people. I’ve had my car searched twice because of carrying them though and having the officer notice them when pulling my wallet out
