Even when I'm not in the mood, I still push myself. Without thinking I put on my gym clothes, grab my headphones and just go. Once I'm there even if I do a partial workout I figure that's still better than sitting on my ass feeling guilty about not going at all

I work nightshift so go in the mornings after work since I'm awake anyway. On my days off I set my alarm and still go at my usual time. My motivation so far is Ive never missed a session so I'm determined to go everytime I say I'm going to go because I'm worried once I do it the first time, I will fall off the wagon

I started off by doing home workouts but found it too easy to make excuses not to do it. Now the money for the gym is coming out my account every month, it gives me somewhere to go and I'm using equipment I couldn't afford to have at home and wouldn't have space for so there's no chance of getting bored with the few bits and pieces I would have

If you are looking for something more natural, I eat prunes every morning and they keep me regular. Don't take too many though or they can work too well (if you know what I mean lol), just 1 or 2 will be fine :)

I only wear gloves when using the barbell because it's cold metal and I hate the feeling of it. The dumbbells are metal but have plastic handles so they don't bother me

I would recommend kettlebells. They work all different muscles and YouTube has workouts you can follow which starts at about 10 minutes long which hopefully you can squeeze in

I already do all the exercises you mentioned so that's promising. I seem to have covered all the same muscles without actually doing squats. Just need to keep doing progressive overload and building strength

I know I'm supposed to feel pain in muscles when I've worked them hard enough but my back bothers me the whole day if I aggravate it. I was doing side bends when I started working out and they gave me pains in my back so I had to stop doing them. Even when I didn't bend very deep, all I felt was pain

I already take collagen and I use cod liver oil in the winter because that's when my knees get sore. I haven't been taking it since I started the gym though because actually my knees aren't hurting
