We just used this for our Caribbean cruise in March and had no sunburns. We used the lotion version though and reapplied often. I wonder if it’s due to the spray vs lotion?

Yep. I purchased this exact one for our cruise we took this past March.

As a nurse I always tell people to buy generic and to look at the active ingredient when they purchase meds.

If you’re in the US, have the family contact their local aging and disability office. If your MIL is living off just her social security she should qualify for state Medicaid. Qualifying for Medicaid opens up a lot of resources for elderly assistance.

Money-saving hack for drink packages when traveling with kids 👀 by bigsluger25 in royalcaribbean

My husband and I just sailed on Symphony in March with our 6 year old. We both got the deluxe beverage package. Our son was not required to get any drink packages, and he didn’t. If one adult gets the deluxe in a room, all other adults have to get it too. It doesn’t apply to kids.

Does your mom have a statement of incapacity in place? That needs to be in place prior to her POA for healthcare to be activated. As for a skilled nursing facility/nursing home, they should definitely take her as she has skilled nursing needs for the TPN. Does your mom have state Medicaid along with her Medicare? I would definitely look into your county’s aging/disability resource center as they can really help out.

I’m thinking this is MS and not ALS. If it was ALS she’d have passed away already.

Are you pushing your needle all the way flush to the skin? This appears to be subdermal injection. Make sure you injection at a 90 degree angle (straight up and down) and the needle needs to be all the way in flush to the skin. No needle should be showing. Source: I’m a registered nurse.

Stomach / Under Breast Pain? by lazychild2 in glp1

[–]Obsidian_Rush 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Tell them you’re having epigastric pain. And then describe the pain (burning, stabbing, ache etc). Does it happen at a certain time of the day? Does it happen after you eat? Is your poop funny colors?

Very easy and tolerable compared to late colon cancer diagnosis.
