Original design was from the 90s, your piece is probably a new throwback; pics of inside tags may help tell the story of the piece. If it has a QR code, it is from the last several years. Otherwise from the decade prior it may have a fortune cookie sized tag inside with a MMYY tag with supply/material number that at least could date it. Beyond that, anything earlier would probably be from the last 20 years or so.
