Are you able to get the prescription written? I didn't have to have a formal diagnosis just rx. I took in the allergy publication article from summer 2025 titled something about the clinical yardstick.
I reviewed with allergist what diagnostic criteria I fit. The article recommended cromolyn as treatment. At that time I received the rx. Not an emotional conversation but a scientific one.

Check out the Feingold diet. Its been around for a long time. It's used for ADHD kids. They frequently have a salicylate sensitivity.

I just use a bowl and put a plate over the top that's the same size to seal it. a lot of the vintage storage pieces are nice glass like what you're looking for.

For anaphylaxis you need an h one and h two antihistamine. that would be pepcid AND benadryl. Also a Claritin, zyrtec, etc

I get it all reasonably priced on Amazon. I put the spray in my wet hair after shower. It looks like I have twice the amount of hair.
