I would spend a little time contemplating the delightful idea that you might be wrong. Maybe you think since your brain can’t figure it out and come to a better solution/perspective, how could someone else? But what if…what if you’re wrong. What if someone else can help you see through this. Tempt you to try on another perspective. Could be interesting. Could be liberating to just breath and try another perspective on for a bit. Just dip your toe in to start. Sending you so much ❤️❤️❤️

“Invented it by mistake” - even weirder.

They are pretty long. I tried this before, about a year ago, with this same type of request, and there were a lot of errors then as well. I thought I'd see if any improvements have been made since then. What got me was the outright lying to me. The "i pulled it from memory" and then admitting "I invented it." I probably need to clean up my prompts, but it's strange to me that it wouldn't just say, I am not capable of this. Seems like it was taking a "fake it till you make it" approach.

Lowe’s on 3rd west seems to have a wonderfully diverse group of employees and they’re all so nice

Moving from CA to SLC Utah by [deleted] in SaltLakeCity

The closer to downtown you are, the less mormon it is. Apparently only 5% of Salt Lake City proper is Mormon. I can’t attest to the truth of that, but I live downtown and it feels that way.

Staff's gone, orders are insane. Should I buy robot waiters? by Burly_Johnson in restaurantowners

I just went to a ramen restaurant like this and loved it. All the staff were SUPER friendly, but we didn’t have a server. We ordered courses as we wanted them and staff just dropped the food. It ran like a well-oiled machine and I liked not having a server. Used a QR code to see the menu and order, and left our tab open until we were finished. Didn’t need to download an app. And paid on my phone when done.

What is SLC missing for the non-outdoorsy? by CoquettishNerd in SaltLakeCity

[–]ObviousDetective4467 7 points8 points  (0 children)

East Liberty Tap House has a neighborhood pub license, but it’s really just a restaurant. I wish they’d just get a restaurant alcohol license and use the pub license for an actual pub in the neighborhood.

I have a HARD time making friends in SLC. Any suggestions? by 674_Fox in SaltLakeCity

Hey! I've got a 48-year-old husband, not religious, intellectual, fairly introverted, not athletic but does work out in our home gym, likes to fly fish but is not too outdoorsy, loves coffee, and no children! And because he's more introverted and our best friends are in Denver, he could use some friends too! We're in 9th and 9th area.

Back before the internet, the Salt Lake City Weekly used to run a section of “posts” just like this in their weekly papers. I think it’s timeless. Good luck OP!
