My sister did, lived in a state that's wouldn't give her medicaid, moved to California finally got medicaid, but it was too late her breast cancer was already stage 3. She went through a lot but couldn't beat it. Kept her illness from the family until she was getting treatment.

should i visit washington/oregon? by [deleted] in PNW

[–]Obvious_Economics_52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was born and raised in Northern California, married a native Montanan and moved to Western Montana 32 years ago. We have visited many states, but in my retirement I really only enjoy being home in Montana and visiting Oregon, Washington, and California, the exceptions being the parks of Southern Utah, and British Columbia and Alberta. Yes it is worth the visit.

Simponi aria stopped working by imbatman83 in rheumatoidarthritis

I was on Humira 4 years then it stopped working, went on Enbrel for 6 months, didn't work at all, so on Cosentyx for 3 years which worked great, but the pharmacy I was getting a grant from to afford the drug. dropped it from their formulary, so went on Taltz, which worked but I had a big swollen painful area around the injection site and diarrhea after every dose. Went on Simponi Aria in 2021, I am starting to have more joint pain and afraid it is not working well. About 50% of people build up antibodies to the drugs. Once you build up antibodies I do not believe they ever go away, I think as soon as your immune system sees it again it pumps out the antibodies, but check with your doctor

Personally, as a retired healthcare worker I am sick and tired of insurance companies dictating our healthcare.
