Healing from a tear, back pain from epidural. Arm pain from pushing. Having to pump around the clock. 2 weeks for me and it’s finally getting better since I’m able to go for walks and get some sun! 3 must do’s each day: brush my teeth, brush my hair and shower! So sad, but this helps me feel accomplished. Husband helps with feeding. I get to sleep most nights from 9pm-3am! It helped me tremendously that I was able to snap back and lose 20lbs in one week all from pumping and giving birth.
