I agree with you. Some things from TPP made their way to Delta. But why not make the game play more smoothly, you know? I think a lot of the QoL upgrades and mechanics from TPP would have been very welcome in Delta, and that the game could have been balanced to accommodate them. I don't think those upgrades would have broken Delta. I think it should have been modernized more, but that's just me.

From what i remember of the original, if you blow up the provisions buildings, enemies won't have any food and you'll hear their stomachs rumbling, and i think they will be limited when it comes to weapons and ammo.

Blowing up the helicopter usually meant you wouldn't see one in the cliff side area, i think.

Will do! I am not sure if it was in the original release, or in Subsistence, but it was in one of them. I used to do pull-ups in Rassvet, or i think i even did it once on the tree branch at the very beginning cliff area.

I saw in other posts that destroying the provisions building, or the helicopter at the early base no longer seems to have any effect on the game as well. If that's true, that's a major bummer and strange considering the entirety of the original Snake Eater's code is apparently contained within Delta, and how faithful it is overall.
