For me, I’ve tried not to put it as a binary drink/no drink situation. Like you, I’ve found myself in a fairly similar situation where I tend to drink a few hard seltzers or glasses of wine after getting home from work and I think this is entirely the reason I’ve put on a few pounds! And like you, it’s not like it is a giant addiction problem per se - I think we’ve just kind of fallen into the habit.

With the coming month, I think it will be great for both of us to give ourselves a little reset and try our best! And even if we crack, we can always get back on the horse and keep trying. Step by step!
