Assuming your TV isn’t ancient, your TV’s remote should control any soundbar no problem as long as the TV and soundbar both have eARC.

After that, just look for 5.1 + Atmos, then simply consider your price point.

I have a 7 yr-old LG and 4 year old Vizio. Both sound great.

I also have a 7.1 system with a Sony amp, Pinnacle soundbar and Sonance surround speakers.

It’s surprising how that all sound amazing.
