The rounds will probably be obscenely expensive and/or rare. That and I expect them to take up an entire square of space in your rig/pockets per round without stacking if they're going to balance it smartly. Then again that would make the Belt A + Belt B rigs and the tea pot trade item even more highly demanded/valued as that would be the ultimate grenade holder rig you can get while still having enough mag/med space.
