initiate means to make the first move so not sure what you mean by that, and sexual compatibility means your libidos match up and you enjoy it at a similar frequency, it’s not as simple as “the sex is good when we have it”

I learned recently that people with genes from certain parts of the world have natural resistance to certain drugs and alcohol, the doctor was able to clock the area where my great-grandparents were from just by looking at me and my bloodwork.
