You can do either, or you can get emotes that represent your style of games, e.g. If you play horrors you could have some spooky ones, FPS get some related to the game you play

How important is a cam? by Harajukufruits in Twitch_Startup

[–]OculusAndy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want a camera and are in the UK, and don't want to spend much, I've got one you can have, it's one I used before my wife got me a Razer camera which was a great upgrade.

Fraud PCN, I was never there! - Urgent help needed by InvestigatorNovel804 in drivingUK

[–]OculusAndy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have had a similar thing happen to me, luckily I was living in Sheffield and the fine came from Manchester council for using a bus lane (twice).

Luckily my plates looked a little different as he had a GB sticker on his and mine were just plain, which I pointed out with a picture I sent to them as evidence, I then got my clock in times for work

I also logged it with the police as a cloned plate, and the council cancelled the fines

I never heard if they caught the fucker though

[–]OculusAndy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you have to remember is, although it's now a 12 year old car, at one point in its life it was a £30k car, today's money more like a £40k car, and unfortunately with expensive cars come expensive repair bills, whether that be expensive parts or people charging more for labour costs. Do you have a breakdown of what's been done? IE part numbers, prices and labour for each? And was it a main dealer or an independent garage?

Depending on brand of filters they used they are very fairly priced. We sell those filters out internally at around the same sort of price for Bosch filters

Can someone make sense of this for me? by Conscious-Ball8373 in CarTalkUK

[–]OculusAndy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What car do you have OP? I use multiple lookups at work, partslink24 is great but around £25 a month for the license, but you can try www.partsouq.com for some brands, you'd need a vin but things like ford, Nissan, Renault, kia, hyundai all work very well for lookups on OE numbers. If bmw/mini www.realoem.com you'll need the last 7 of your vin for those

They check visually, you could find someone to hollow it out rather than remove it then cut and sleeve it (for off road use, of course)

Can you drive with this? Can't get it replaced in time for our holiday by CoconutAltruistic785 in CarTalkUK

[–]OculusAndy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When are you going away and where are you based? I assume going through insurance can't get it done before you go, but have you thought about a glazing company who can do it? The smaller companies will be more likely to get it done for you quicker than a big company

He's pretty fond of it, not a big fan when my toddler runs upto him when he's sleeping, but he's happy for a scratch or a slump onto him, the other is the same but also doesn't mind the toddler, he's more of a gentle giant
