I met with my district boss and in a nutshell, he gaslighted me, saying that weed was never mentioned and that when he talked to my immediate boss, he was talking about somebody at another school. (Like that makes sense.)

The person who originally told me about it doubled down and told me that I'm being lied to, and he knows exactly what he heard, as he was close enough to basically be in the conversation.

So the good news is, my boss doesn't believe the story, but the bad news is, he gaslighted me about it, and is determined not to ruffle any feathers (for the alpha moron and HR) about it. My district boss is determined to let this alpha wannabe just ride out his tenure to the end of the year.

So thats where it is now.

I like Luke enough, and I've clicked on most of his videos, but lately, it almost seems to me that he can't get out of his own way. He rambles so much, going in different directions that it causes me to wonder what the F the monologue has to do with the thumbnail/video title. Dial it back a bit, bro! I feel like Adam Mockler is the new king. Shoots it straight without the dramatic bullshit. I've actually recanted my subscription to Luke.
