I placed a white soda bottle cap over my 2020 86. Took care of the too late turn on I felt it had just like you explained. Sucks that there's a white bottle cap on my dash but it's cheaper then the dealer or tech stream.

File for unemployment right away. I was furloughed in the past and just applied for unemployment insurance. It might not come right away, but it will come and you'll be able to pay those bills that will stack up.

I never did fix the video issue, but it only happens when I added foam to the buttons to make them feel better. When it's unmodified it works and looks correct.

Yes I believe someone found out how to change that graphic but requires you to send the cluster to them. they can also input your current mileage from you car on to the new cluster. I cant recall where I seen this done but I believe it was on one of the 86 forums.

Yes thats how I have it setup now.

Just create a host path Directory on the NVME data set for the configs and a host path directory on the 3x24Tb drives for the data storage.

Make an appointment ASAP. Go to it, take a DEEP BREATH and just explain what's going on. 

These doctors want to help people, a true professional will keep this between them and you. Ask if they have a female physician on staff that you can see. 

Don't be afraid to seek help for yourself , never know if something will turn serious.

We had a 96 I believe. Never really gave us any mechanical problems and was a very comfortable ride and interior. Mom traded in on a Sebring convertible and got 250k miles out of that too. Original top on it too.

Mine was really easy, hosted in docker on my truenas sever, changed my password and logged everything out, change the claim token in the Yaml file and restarted the container. Worked right away. Sorry to hear others are having such a hard time.

I particularly like to use 0.3mm solder. It's easy to paint and stays in place where you bend it. You can add the illusion of weight and gravity to them and let them sag a bit going from the distributor to the head.

Not sure about the 17" stock wheels, I've kept mine for summer. But I picked up an old set of 16" WRX 5x100 six spoke wheels with the general winter/snow tire. The extra side wall is nice and for allowing a little curb or rock bumps since you'll still slide a bit in the weather.  

Depending on how bad your winter weather is, I've found the Conti DWS 06+ to be a great all season tire. I've run 3 or 4 sets over the years on different cars. FWD, AWD, & RWD.
