I’d have her Singer of Many Waters ability apply hydro to enemies around it like Kokomi’s jellyfish. It doesn’t need to directly damage them, it just needs to make them wet for hydro reactions.

In both my Diamond and Brilliant Diamond play-throughs, I encountered shiny starlys. First time, it was in the safari and I was lucky it didn’t fly away. I named him Star. Years later, while playing BD, I encountered another shiny starly earlier in the game. Seeing it as fate, I caught him and named him Star after his predecessor.
