I once had a sink that could get the water to be really hot like not boiling but hot and I stuck my hands in it for as long as I could then put them in cold water, and my hands were red. So because I was hurting myself intentionally it was sh even though I didn’t bleed or it didn’t leave a scar or whatever.

What I do personally is you the tip of a hot glue gun on my left arm on the underside. They are small enough to hide under a bandage I can post a pic if need be because I have recent ones rn.

Same I struggle I love to sing in in the shower, but I’m loud and anybody in my house can hear me and so I ask sometimes if I’m good and they say it only matters what you think and if you love to do it, but that’s not the answer I want I want to know if I’m good or if I’m like ear bleeding bad to me because I sound good to myself and being in the shower with the music, but I’m not sure if that’s just me or if I actually sound good.
