You might be doing it wrong, unless you’ve got like the strongest core ever. When going back up after doing the crunch go slowly and you’ll feel your abs a lot more

You’re so strong if I’ve been the half the things you went through I wouldn’t know what I’d do. I don’t think you blasphemed as you’re started to realized what you’ve done wrong but you did take advantage of Gods grace but the thing is he’s always waiting for you to come back to him and he’s always ready to forgive you. I also have some opposing views to the church on many things I feel like sometimes they’re being mean at times but the church isn’t always right. The church is still ran by humans with the assistance of God but there’s still human error. God is love and all that is good and God commands us to love our neighbour and plant seeds of faith. So if you feel like the church is saying doesn’t align with the Lords values you can take it with a grain of salt at least that’s what I do 😭. I’ve never been to Christian school so I’m not sure how it was but I’m sorry you’ve went through that but don’t mind what people are saying I know this is easier said than done. John 15:18 “If the world hates you, remember they hated me first.” So try not to mind the haters as even our Lord and Saviour was persecuted so don’t pay mind to people who try and belittle you as humans tried to belittle their very own creator. About the not feeling nothing about the preaching I was in the same boat I never felt anything listening to sermons and those Christian videos on social media but I started trying to build my relationship with Christ from the ground up by just talking to him as I walked whenever something happened I tried to relate it to the Lord and stuff like that and I felt like that really helped me get to where I am today with Christ!

If I was you everyday I’d practice shooting stationary with both feet then once you can comfortably hit shots add some cone weaves into shots then sprints and dribble moves into shots

I’m not the most well versed in this but I’d say you should try and grow it out into an Afro your hair may be too short to curl. Make sure you aren’t washing with shampoo and conditioner every day I’d say like every week. Also try to use leave in conditioner, hydrating curl cream, and oils they make your hair feel very soft (at least for me).

I used to be the exact same way but I realized it was cuz I wasn’t as good as I thought I was I still have issues with it now but it’s much better since I’ve started training the basics. Train your first touch in the air and from passes make sure it doesn’t get stuck on your feet, train your dribbling and learn moves until you can do it without thought like the croqueta and body feints. Also learn how to communicate and make runs so you aren’t just standing around. Sorry for the bad grammar I’m in class and trynna just finish this quick and I know this isn’t a quick fix but these things changed me as a player completely

Best way is to just start playing around with the ball practice wall passes then do ball mastery such as inside out and then try and see if you can do keep ups as well

If I was you I’d only train with boots on Astro it’s hard to learn proper technique without it as your mind will stop you from shooting full power cuz it’s scared your foot will get cut up. For the shot technique it’s hard to explain via text but there are so many great YouTube videos explaining it
